An artistic take on speed dating is helping singles find their match. Touted as a great way to make friends or meet your next love, Speed Dating Art promises a fun time where attendees will try their hand at still art drawing. Run by arts organisation Djinda Boodja as part of Mandurah Arts Festival, the workshops will set people up with a potential partner for 10 minutes while they attempt to draw each other. Director Tabatha Davison believed it was a great alternative to singles events based at pubs or centred around drinking, and was more personal than dating apps.
