Adia was behind creating the logo, the website and even the name of the business, which she said is meant to represent both outgoing and shy people. Dexter — All it took was a six-minute conversation at the end of a November night for Kailey Owens, a year-old genetic counselor in Pinckney, and Andrew Israel, a year-old patent analyst in Ann Arbor, to know there soon could be sparks flying. It's just continued that way. For Owens' part, she said a friend with a sense of humor had alerted her to the event in what could easily have been "as a joke.
