The matchmaking event took place in Tokyo. The event was a success and four new couples were formed. They said the Cupidon robots helped calm their nerves. These robotic wingmen served as a messenger for each person to introduce themselves, since many said they felt too nervous to make a conversation on their own. Information was pre-loaded into their system from a question survey participants completed prior to the event, on different subjects such as interests and current job. The bots used in this innovative speed-dating party were developed by Sharp Corporation in collaboration with Japanese media company Cyber Agent. The name of the matchmaking robot is RoBoHon and it has many other skills.

The new map has 2 main bosses instead of one. Kongor will be on the Legion's side of the map East of the top Tier 2 tower , while Hell Kongor will be on Hellbourne's side of the map to the west of the bottom Tier 2 tower. Killing either one of these bosses grants your team permanent buffs, while killing both Kongor and Hell Kongor within a short amount of time gives you extra Sieging power to destroy structures, allowing teams to have an easier time ending games more quickly. Apex has been performing very well for a while and has remained at the top spot despite more counters being introduced like the buff to Spell Sunder and the Riftshards rework. Therefore, it is time to tone him down a bit.
