Tournament Rules

Registration Participation in the tournament is only possible after registration via the form on the website. You must register per club, the coordination per club is with 1 contact person. Cluster teams also work with 1 contact person per cluster. If there is enough space within the tournament, you will be informed about the participation of the 2nd team. This will be announced in the week after the closing date. Host rugbyclub Hoek van Holland is exempt from this rule. Registration of the tournament closes on May 1, or earlier as soon as the maximum number of participants has been reached.

English forms are only for applicants based outside Flanders or the Brussels Capital Region. If you are located in Flanders or the Brussels Capital Region, your application must be drawn up in Dutch. Subsidies for international presentation projects may be granted for the presentation of art productions abroad. The presentation venue where you intend to showcase your art production should have international appeal and must include publicly accessible presentation opportunities to one or more artists or arts organizations.
