(Closed) 7 years and he still haven't proposed

My bf and I have been together for 7 years. I am bothered by the fact that he has not asked to marry me. I feel like he doesn't care enough about me to put effort into planning a proposal. He doesn't bother to do anything romantic for holidays like Valentine's Day or our anniversary. He does not take me out on dates that he plans although he's fine with anything I suggest.
