I am a 37 year old divorced female embarking on a complete career shift and going back to school for a degree in Acupuncture. I am considering schools in Asheville, Chicago, and San Diego. I am a native New Englander born and bred and although I've travelled a lot, I have never lived outside of New England. I have lived in Boston for the last 6 years but I am ready for a change. New life, new city! I am wondering if anyone can comment on the social scene and dating climate for women in their late 30's in Asheville? Any thoughts on dating culture, vibe, types of men? I know this is a very general question but I am just trying to get a sense of how dating culture may be different from what I am used to in Boston.
