I am struggling with many aspects of this, but perhaps the biggest one is addressing my unknown biases that I held against people with blindness — and disability in general.
I hope it solves a few mysteries for you sighted people out there. Smell is also important. But like sighted women, blind women appreciate a man making an effort with their looks. So making the same effort as you would with a sighted woman is essential. Smell nice too.
If you have never dated a blind person before, you may be worried about how blindness and sexuality go together. You may not be sure what to do when the time comes to be intimate. Feeling like this is completely normal. You would probably feel the exact same way even if your partner had normal vision.
